We have a dedicated visual arts facility that includes specialist art/ design and digital art teaching areas in an open space environment.
The Performing Arts facility includes a brand new state of the art theatre for teaching drama, music classroom and music practice rooms. The Dance spaces include a dance theatre and second dance teaching space.
These dedicated specialist-teaching spaces enable students to learn in purpose built environments. Our curriculum is based on the Australian Curriculum and SACE. The emphasis is on developing the Critical and Creative dispositions.
Students develop skills in the various arts forms and then develop individual creative expressions. Analysis and Evaluation is a core disposition that enables students to explore and understand art forms from a historical and contemporary perspective. Students are given many opportunities to perform publicly as well as exhibit their artwork.
